OSHA fines Duke Energy $90,000 in employee's death

Federal officials have fined Duke Energy Florida Inc. $90,000 in the death of an employee electrocuted at a north Florida substation.

The Ocala Star-Banner reports ( ) that the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration found the company responsible for one willful and four serious safety violations in the Oct. 15 death of Christopher Lee Dasher, 35.
