The Carolina Panthers acquired once-bullied offensive lineman Jonathan Martin one day after the San Francisco 49ers put him on waivers. Martin was a target of bullying by Richie Incognito in the 2013 bullying scandal, before Martin quit the Miami Dolphins and the team suspended Incognito.
"Our goal is to build the strongest roster possible and add competition at every position," Panthers general manager Dave Gettleman said, via the Charlotte Observer. "Jonathan brings quality experience to our offensive line, having started 32 games in his career at both tackle spots."Read more
