Zambians vote in presidential election to replace Michael Sata, who died last year

LUSAKA, Zambia – Zambians are lining up at polling stations to vote for a successor to President Michael Sata, who died in October after a long illness.

The central business district of Lusaka, the Zambian capital, was quiet Tuesday as people cast ballots before heading to work.
