People often laud yogurt for its healthful properties but according to a new study that investigated the effects of regular yogurt intake, yogurt is not what it is. It doesn’t lead you to improvements in health. The new study is published in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. It followed around 4,445 Spanish adults and analyzed the relationship between the participants’ health-related quality of life and yogurt consumption for an average of 3.5 years.
