Ex-pro wrestler turned UFC fighter CM Punk may be done with the WWE, but some in the promotion aren’t done with him. WWE’s ringside doctor Chris Amann filed a $1 million libel lawsuit against Punk (real name: Phil Brooks) and his friend Colt Cabana (real name: Scott Colton) on Thursday in response to comments the ex-sports entertainer made on Cabana’s podcast last year, according to court documents.

Punk alleged medical negligence on Cabana’s popular “Art of Wrestling” podcast in November, calling Amann “lazy” and noting he mistreated a concussion and neglected a cyst on Punk’s back, which Punk says eventually developed into a life-threatening MRSA staph infection.
