'Wonderful' Japanese prints donated to Clark Art Institute

Adele Rodbell has been collecting Japanese woodcut prints since shortly after 1978, which is when she became a docent at the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute.

Last month, hose two roles came together when Rodbell donated much of her extensive collection to the museum, a recognition of the close relationship shared between the specialized Japanese art and the French Impressionists, of which the Clark already has an extensive collection.
