Women can cut stroke risk by more than 50%

New study reveals 5 healthy lifestyle changes that can significantly reduce risk

A new Swedish study finds women who adopt a healthy lifestyle could cut their risk for stroke by more than 50 percent. A healthy lifestyle includes five low-risk factors: a heart-healthy diet, exercise, moderate amounts of alcohol, a small waistline, and no smoking.
