Queens may have more ethnic restaurants and Manhattan ranks first for fancy French fare, but when it comes to hip new wine bars, Brooklyn has the edge. Two more wine bars were recently added to the borough’s running total: June in Cobble Hill and the Camlin in Williamsburg.
