Wildlife Corridors can aid in the spread of some invasive species

Researchers from the University of Florida have found that wildlife corridors, which are essentially meant to connect habitats separated by some form of human activity, could be responsible for the spread of invasive species.

A doctoral student at the University of Florida, Julian Resasco led the study. The aim was to discover why some species benefit from wildlife corridors while others do not.
