Weight Training Is a Better Belly Fat Workout than Aerobics, Study Shows

A recent Harvard study shows that men lose more belly fat if they choose to do weight training 20 minutes per day than switching to aerobic exercises. The study was conducted on more than 10,000 healthy U.S. males aged 40 and more.

The new study also showed that the results were even more spectacular if men combined the 20-minute weight training with aerobic activities. Researchers noticed that, by doing so, participants got their waistlines thinner, while they also lost extra pounds and fortified their muscles.
