It's uncomfortable enough when we experience fear in challenging moments... and we often make it worse by experiencing that fear when we are anticipating such moments in the future. Sometimes we even mark them on the calendar: "Bad stuff happening today -- be afraid." Hey, why put off until tomorrow what you can painfully experience today, right? I hope this helps...
