The Rush County community has had its share of breast cancer survivors and casualties. All of us can name multiple people in our life that have or are dealing with breast cancer – men and women.
This disease is treatable, if detected early. Self examination and mammography are two tools that can help find breast cancer in an early stage. Rush Memorial Hospital is “Passionate for Pink.” They will be hosting an informative and educational event free to the public on Thursday, Oct. 16.
