A rocket was supposed to be launched on Wallops Island Virginia last Saturday, August 16, 2014. However, after unforeseeable events, the rocket scientists managing the voyage had decided to postpone it one week later, on August 23.
The Department of Defense rocket is a Terrier-Lynx suborbital rocket. NASA moved its launch to a later time. However, they did not disclose their exact reason for the delay.
