Pulitzer got it wrong on one of the categories: the Fiction Award should have gone to the Rolling Stone Magazine for its UVA "Rape on Campus" story.

As Groucho said " I would never be a member of a club that woul accept me" or words to that effect. The Journal as a member of a club that includes the Times (All the News That's Fit to Wrap Garbage In" ) and Bloomberg ( Drop that big Coke or We'll shoot) is about the same thing.

Good job! There were a lot of deserving winners but the WSJ articles on Medicare were really outstanding.

Congratulations to everyone involved in the award winning reports and to the entire WSJ staff and management for providing outstanding journalism which we depend on daily.

Congratulations, WSJ. We give you hell on occasion, but you're one of the best still running.

The Wall Street Journal is the finest newspaper in the world! Congratulations! You are my lifeline to politics and the world.
Congratulations to the Wall Street Journal.
How could NYT, win any thing. WSJ beats NYT for fairness, honest and bipartisan reporting.Any unbiased reader will see that WSJ articles never ever write "negative" about any Democratic candidate unless they also have a companion "negative" on R. Just like Fox.Same goes for the posters here.I have already posted my protest to the Pulitzer for even considering NYT, LA times - only Murdoch papers should be awarded these prizes.

Well done! WSJ should be proud to be recognized for well deserved excellence. Enjoy and congratulations.
Kudos to the WSJ!
What? No awards for economic writing by Krugman over at the NYT? The awards must be a sham. Nonetheless, congrats WSJ.
Apparently Rolling Stone didn't quite make the cut this time around...
Should be called the Hypocrital Oath
NYT Pulitzer for "investigative reporting." Sorry to be snarkey but investigative reporting and the NYT represent an oxymoron. But congratulations to the WSJ.
The continuing WSJ series on Medicare is a great and innovative series. Nobody else is covering and, apparently, even the federal government lacks the imagination, basic statistical skills, or willingness to do the kind of analysis at the core of the WSJ's coverage--though they certainly jump on it whenever the WSJ publishes and begin investigations and prosecutions. What would our government look like if it had the basic competence demonstrated here by the WSJ?

Lipton's work was a huge snoozefest of nothing new here.

Bravo!Best Newspaper publication in the world!
The NY Times should get an award for democrat party advocacy.

For what? All three "newspapers" are COWARDS who will NOT stand up to the tyranny we are facing and the traitor Obama and all the traitorous DemoRATS who have dishonored their oaths to our Constitution - Pulitzer Prize is nothing more than a Fischer Price My First Yellow Crayon nonsense -
Congratullations. I read the article about the morcellator and the spread of cancer the same day a patient came to see me at my office for a health problem. She told me she was scheduled for surgery to remove a tumor from her uterus one week later with the morcellator. I printed the article from the WSJ and told her to show it to her Gyn doctor. She did. The dr dismissed the article. She decided to have hysterectomy instead a month later. She came back six months later to thank me for saving her life. The tumor was malignant and would have spread if she would have had surgery with the morcellator. The WSJ article was timely and saved at least one life and probably many more, in my opinion.
Congratulations to all the Pulitzer winners.
No Pulitzer for Karl Rove's WSJ columns?I guess the Pulitzer committee members must all have brain damage.
Congratulations to the Post & Courier and their staff of 80!

Congratulations, WSJ! Well done.
WSJ - Congrats!

The Pulitzer Prize still actually means something unlike the Nobel which Obama won for doing nothing.
What no prizes for Rolling Stone? Must be some mistake made here?
