According to a recent study, prior belief that vitamin D supplements can lower blood pressure is not true. Researchers provided participants with vitamin D supplements for four weeks during study. The researchers used a random effects model to study the role of Vitamin D in checking blood pressure problem and found no effective benefits in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
