Vitamin D Levels during Pregnancy Linked to Child’s Better Muscle Development: Study

If researchers are to be believed, children have better muscles if their mothers have had higher levels of vitamin D during pregnancy. This is what researchers have suggested after drawing conclusions from a study that involved 678 children.

The study findings have been published in Endocrine Research. It was found by researchers that there was a link between better muscle development in children at the age of four and maternal vitamin D levels during pregnancy.
