Foreign policy and domestic safety are on President Obama's agenda Tuesday as he meets with the Amir of Qatar and various law enforcement officials.
In the late morning, Obama and Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani of Qatar will discuss "political, economic, and security issues of mutual concern to our two countries," says the White House schedule.
