One study tells us that a glass of red wine with dinner is good for you. It is supposed to increase your good cholesterol levels there by reducing heart disease. Now a new study is telling us that the resveratrol, RSV, which is naturally found in the skin of red grapes, hinders the body’s ability to get the most out of your exercise program.
