Study finds that consuming a diet rich in soy protein and isoflavones can prevent bone weakening and osteoporosis in menopausal women

According to the results of a preliminary study presented today at the Society for Endocrinology annual conference in Edinburgh consuming a soy rich diet loaded with proteins and isoflavones can prove to be a savior in menopausal women from bone weakening and osteoporosis.
