HALIFAX, Nova Scotia – A U.S. man charged after police discovered hazardous chemicals in two Canada locations has been found not guilty of threatening police and possessing a dangerous weapon.
Christopher Burton Phillips, 42, was arrested inside a hotel in Ottawa in January after police found a large stockpile of his chemicals at a home and cottage in Nova Scotia.
