U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond are hosting a meeting Thursday in London to discuss progress and strategies for an international coalition working to defeat the Islamic State group.
A senior U.S. State Department official said about 20 coalition members are taking part in the talks, including French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius and Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi.
