University of Missouri conducts Experiments to Include Asian Carp in Menu

The University of Missouri is looking forward to add the invasive Asian carp to the menu in its dining halls. It has already gone ahead with testing of recipes and looking into reactions.

The fish was cooked by nearly 40 students using different recipes at the Sabai Culinary Development Kitchen on the Missouri campus. The recent taste tests will help the culinary staff understand in better manner as to whether or not serve the fish.
