Turner Broadcasting has announced to offer buyouts to its 6% employees in the U. S. The voluntary buyout program includes TNT, CNN and TBS. Some of the most senior employees will be targeted in the buyouts. The company has also announced that there will be reductions in staff.
The employees aged 55 and older who have been with the company for 10 years will be eligible for buyouts. The employees who go for buyouts will get nine weeks of salary.
