Unidentified passenger exposes thousands of commuters in SF’s BART to measles

California recorded the highest cases of measles in the current epidemic of the disease traced to the Disneyland December outbreak, and even though tens of others have been infected in four other US states, an infected person may have potentially exposed tens of thousands of commuters in San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit system to the illness.
