UN leader Ban Ki-moon offers assistance in Guyana-Venezuela border dispute

BRIDGETOWN, Barbados – U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is offering assistance to resolve an escalating border dispute between Guyana and Venezuela.

Ban says his chief of staff will meet with Venezuela's foreign minister and might dispatch a mission to both countries.
