UNITED NATIONS – U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has announced that peace talks between the warring parties in Yemen will resume in Geneva on June 14.

U.N. spokesman Stephane Dujarric said Ban welcomed the decisions by Yemen's exiled President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi and Shiite Houthi rebels who control the capital Sanaa to attend the U.N.-led talks in Switzerland. He urged the parties to engage "in good faith and without pre-conditions."
