Ukraine’s dollar bonds slumped the most in three weeks after President Petro Poroshenko said elections in rebel-held areas threatened a fragile truce in the country’s battle-torn eastern region.

The yield on dollar-denominated bonds maturing July 2017 rose 54 basis points to 13.94 percent by 5:26 p.m. in Kiev, the biggest daily increase since Oct. 10. The yield declined to 13.38 percent, the lowest in six weeks, on Oct. 29.
