Ukraine’s intelligence agency on Monday said it arrested a French national for plotting terror attacks at the European Championships soccer tournament that begins in France this week.

The SBU security agency said the man, who it did not identify, was driven by ultra-nationalist views and planned 15 attacks on infrastructure including bridges and railways. French media named him as Gregoire M, 25.
