LONDON – Britain's prime minister, David Cameron, is heading to Brussels to persuade skeptical members of the European Parliament to back a package of reforms ahead of a key summit this week.
Cameron wants European leaders at the summit to accept reforms so he can call a June referendum on whether Britain should remain in the European Union.
