
WASHINGTON Half of teenagers in the United States feel addicted to their mobile phones, with most checking the devices at least every hour and feeling pressured to respond immediately to messages, a survey released on Tuesday found.
The majority of parents concurred, with 59 percent of those with children between ages 12 and 18 saying their kids cannot give up their phones, according to a poll of 1,240 parents and children by Common Sense Media.

Have you ever been pregnant? or injured? Sometimes support is needed. I agree that we need those core muscles, and I too try to sit like a puritan, but in a car seat, that is hard.

I completely agree about daily stretching and "working IT in!" several times throughout each day - it makes us mindful of staying connected to our bodies and how to hold our frame throughout the day!

According to my car manual, the manufacturer's liability for any seat belt or air bag malfunction is violated by the use of seat pads, lumbar rolls, etc. They recommend not to put anything in your car seat (except child approved seats for children). So I am always asking why they manufacture car seats that are so convex. Their seats are uncomfortable, and I can't sit up with good posture. This seems to be true no matter how much a car costs.
