The U.K. will introduce legislation to increase National Health Service charges for foreign nationals by expanding the number of services that must be paid for and extending the list of those who are liable.
“Legislation will be introduced to ensure that overseas visitors pay for the health treatment they receive at public expense,” Queen Elizabeth II said in a speech to Parliament outlining the new program of Prime Minister David Cameron’s government.
