A crisis at the hotel leaves Rafael overwhelmed and Jane, who's become awfully judgy lately, feeling that he might not be as good a father as she had thought. Not that we don't love Jane (and, in particular, Gina Rodiguez) unreservedly, and not that she doesn't have a lot on her plate, but come on, Jane. It's not every year a man's father gets murdered, his stepmother turns out to be a criminal mastermind, and his unstable sister accidentally artificially inseminates a near-stranger with his sperm. Give the guy a break.
