"The Roosevelts: An Intimate History": Here's my review of Ken Burns' chronicle of the lives and achievements of Theodore, Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt. It starts Sunday, and continues all week. It's 14 hours long, and I loved every minute of it.

"Sons of Anarchy": The seventh and final season of the FX network's highest-rated show premiered this week, and I wrote about some of what creator Kurt Sutter and star Charlie Hunnam had to say about the show, and its "very violent" final season, at this summer's TV press tour.
