Turkey's Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu speaks to the media during a press conference after a meeting with Turkish Cypriot leader Dervis Eroglu, in the breakaway Turkish Cypriot north of ethnically divided Cyprus on Tuesday, Sept.16, 2014.
