Harvard Medical School scientists have genetically engineered stem cells in lab that are capable of fighting brain tumors by secreting a toxin that destroys any cell that comes their way. The study was conducted on mice.

The stem cells have been engineered to target a specific type of cancer cell and destroy it. This breakthrough may lead to a potential cure of the deadly disease.
