The lights are off and the last of the fans have filed out of Centeroo to the camgrounds and all points beyond. Bonnaroo 2013 is officially over. But it wasn't going out without one last hurrah. On a weekend where Sir Paul McCartney held court for nearly 3 hours and Jim James & John Oates brought us a memory making Superjam, it was going to take a big time player to make a dent in what had already come. A Bonnaroo veteran, having headlined Bonnaroo 2006 alongside Radiohead, Petty knew that he had to bring his A game to impress a group of fans who have spent 4 days listening to some of the best music on Earth. In his career spanning 2.5 hour set, he brought the goods and sent the fans home happy.
