MOSCOW, August 4 (RIA Novosti) - Tokyo hopes Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Chinese President Xi Jinping will meet in November to discuss bilateral issues, Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga said Monday.
