Three-hour light walk enough to reduce damaging effects of cancer treatment

According to a recent study published in the 'Journal of Cancer Survivorship: Research and Practice', just 3 hours of light walk each week can help cancer survivors deal with harmful effects of cancer treatment. The study says that walking at an easy pace for this much time could make a large difference.

In the study, researchers tried to find out which exercises were useful for prostate cancer survivors. Researchers from the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine conducted the study.
