Three people have died and at least 58 workers were injured Wednesday in an explosion at Mexico's national oil company, Petroleos Mexicanos or Pemex.
Forty-seven more people who are not employees also were hurt, Veracruz Gov. Javier Duarte de Ochoa said in a tweet regarding the explosion at a Pemex complex in the port city of Coatzacoalcos. He described the explosion as "strong."
