Thailand Tightens Media Monitoring, Journalists Want Clear Guidelines

BANGKOK, June 27 (Bernama) -- Thailand's journalists want clear practice and regulatory guidelines from the authorities following the move by the military junta to tighten monitoring of the media.

In an open letter to the National Council for Peace and and Order (NCPO), they called for clear practice guidelines as well as clear regulatory guidelines from the authorities responsible for monitoring the media.
