T-Cell Therapy leads to Complete Remission in Leukemia Patients

A new research has found that an experimental T-Cell therapy can lead to remissions to a high proportion of patients of leukemia, which usually begins in the bone marrow and results in high numbers of abnormal white blood cells. To deal with the disease, the therapy uses genetically programming cells from the patient's own immune system.
