THANDWE, Myanmar – Myanmar's opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi has shifted her election campaign to a state that presents the most formidable challenge — Rakhine, which has been a hotbed of sectarian conflict between Rohingya Muslims and hard-line Buddhists.
