Florida surfers were spotted riding the Miami waves just a day after Tropical Storm Erika, which left 20 dead and devastated the small island nation of Dominica, fizzled out on Saturday morning.
People were spotted surfing and swimming in South Beach not long after Tropical Storm Erika dissipated over the mountains of Hispaniola near the north coast of eastern Cuba at 9.30am, according to the US National Hurricane Center.
