Sugar may Increase Blood Pressure more than Salt!

According to a new study, sugary food consumption may increase blood pressure more than salt does. It is medically known to everyone that sugar has been found to be linked to diabetes and obesity while excessive intake of salt and salty foods has been associated with cardiovascular illnesses, particularly high blood pressure.

However, the new study indicates that sugar is much more threatening to heath than salt.
