Substantial Weight Loss Can’t Happen Merely By Installing a Fitness App: Study

A new study published in journal Annals of Internal Medicine has revealed that weight loss can't just happen by using a fitness app unless people remain fully committed.

A smartphone app, known as MyFitnessPal, has more than 50 million registered users, which gives them access to weight loss and calorie intake tips on their phones.
