A new health study indicates that eating bilberries could diminish the adverse effects typically associated with a high-fat diet. This study, from the University of Eastern Finland, is the first to demonstrate the beneficial effects of the fruit on both blood pressure and on inflammatory response, a condition which is characterized by nutrition deficiencies.
