Study sheds light on the effect of colours on Body’s Internal Clock

Researcehrs at the University of Manchester think that they may be in the brink of a new revelation. They may soon be able to treat things such as seasonal depression and jet lag. In the research done on mice, they found that colour plays an important role in regualting the body’s internal clock. Internal clock is very important to us as it tells us when it is time to sleep or when it is time to eat.

Scienitsts knew that light or dark play an important role in the body’s circadian rhythms. There was little known about the role of the colour or brigtness of that light.
