Studies find facial evolution in Old World Monkey

A recently published scientific study in the academic journal Nature Communications explains that the faces of Old World monkeys have evolved over time in order to prevent members of this species from crossbreeding with closely related and geographically proximate specie.

This study is believed to be the best evidence till date that shows the role of visual indication as a barrier to breeding across species so as to avoid infertile offsprings.
