Stephen Collins' divorce trial, which was due to start on Wednesday, November 12, was delayed. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon granted a motion filed by Faye Grant's attorney Larry Ginsberg to resign from the case just hours before the trial was scheduled to begin.
In his motion, Larry stated that he had a conflict and could no longer represent Faye. The judge denied Larry's motion was an attempt to delay the trial. The trial was postponed to allow Faye to find new attorney. Stephen and Faye are scheduled back in court on January 5 to set a new trial date.
