State officials seek to eliminate billing adjustment fee

State officials are hoping to prevent National Grid from charging customers a billing adjustment when they switch companies.

Attorney General Peter Kilmartin and Lt. Gov. Daniel McKee announced Tuesday they will submit expert testimony in the energy utility company's pending case before the state's public utilities commission. The testimony will be submitted to the commission by Friday.
